The Teen Scene (cont.):

Elizabeth: "Why did I let her out of my sight?"
Lucky: "No, this isn't your fault. But you know what, guys? I've got to tell you, I'm against calling the police. I think we should just go ahead and try to find a lead on this guy ourselves. We've already met one person tonight who knows him or saw him. Maybe we can find somebody else that will recognize him, too."

Juan: "This place has more drugs than a pharmacy."

Juan: "If we don't get her on the phone, we call Taggert."
Lucky: "No, we're not going to call the cops."
Juan: "Why not?"
Lucky: "Because we're going to find her just as quick without them."

Juan: "Emily could be in serious trouble."
Lucky: "Well, you should've thought of that before you brought her here and started messing with her head."

Elizabeth: "You guys, just stop it. We know that Emily's with an older guy we don't know. Who knows what could be in the drinks around this place. You guys--Lucky, she could be raped."
Lucky: "We'll find her. But I know Emily. She is not going to want the cops coming around. She could get in even more trouble."
Elizabeth: "Well, better that than alone with some guy she knows nothing about."
Lucky: "I completely agree with you. But if we stop to deal with the cops right now, we're going to lose any chance of catching Emily's trail. Look, you guys have faith in the PCPD. You guys can do what you want to. If you want all that responsibility, bringing all that trouble down on Emily, go. Tell Taggert everything. But you know what he's going to do when he shows up here. He's going to go in there, and he's going to start questioning everybody. And you know what they're going to do when they find out a cop showed up? But if you guys seem to think that's going to help Emily, go."

Lucky: "I'm going to see if somebody knows this guy. And then I'm going to go to the other party across town."
Elizabeth: "You know what? He's right. You can call Taggert if you want, but someone in here has got to know something, and Taggert's only going to scare them away."
Nikolas: "I agree."

Amy: "Well I've never liked Juan, but I thought that he made a good point, in that he said that Emily had always said that she needed somewhere private to make love to him--and that she wanted to, etc. So while the present of the hotel room was completely mis-handled, he was going on what she said in his awkward teenage-y way. He has every right to be pissed that she's lied to him. I wish, however, that they'd play up his insecurities where the fearsome foursome are concerned a little more than his anger--perhaps having set that up a little better beforehand, than just having this arbitrary uneasiness about Lucky's return."

"But while I could see Juan's point of view in the first fight, and while I know the rave stuff must be realistic, now I just hate him. In fact, with Hannah not whining anymore (though I hate her flirting with AJ--they are just absolutely warped as a couple, and I think Hannah's pretty warped her own self), Juan's first in the running for my Most Hated Character. Blech."

"Two quick things about the sets here. I think that the rave house is actually the house set used when the Spencers were hiding out after Twist of Fate. And the hotel room we've seen, at least in part, recently with Sonny and Roy and the FBI meeting, but the tri-windowed door dates back at least to Sonny meeting with Tracey after Edward threw her out of the family for what she did to Lois back in 1996 or so.
