Jax and Chloe (cont.):

Helena: "It's a very simple proposition. The medication your Chloe needs is in my possession at my Swiss pharmaceutical company. Now, I'm willing to allow you to acquire it in exchange for one night of passion with me."
Jax: "You must be insane."
Helena: "Oh, I'm quite sane. Brilliant even. You see, I'm aware that no matter how attracted you might be to me--and don't argue, darling, I know it's true--you would never make an overture on your own. No, you've been too thoroughly poisoned against me by Alexis. So I'm providing you with the excuse you need--the opportunity for you and me to make love, and, along the way, you save your precious Chloe's sight."
Jax: "Is this what you really want?"

Jax: "Do you have any pride at all?"
Helena: "I promise a night you'll never forget."
Jax: "Now, how do I know that you won't double-cross me?"
Helena: "Well, it would hardly be in my best interests to leave a new lover angry instead of hungry for more. But, if you need insurance, take this to Dr. Jones. He'll find the component that Chloe needs. Unfortunately, I haven't given you enough. You'll have to earn that yourself. And don't waste any valuable time trying to analyze it because you'll only discover that I hold the exclusive patent to the essential ingredient, without which the formula can never be duplicated. Now, if you want enough to benefit your precious Chloe, I'm your only hope."

Helena: "The company will be yours."
Jax: "And I will require an adequate reserve of the medication. Also a fully executed sales contract for the company delivered when I render my services."
Helena: "My. You make it sound so romantic. Do we have an agreement?"
Jax: "Are you giving me a choice? Do you honestly believe that this is going to give you pleasure?"
Helena: "Oh, I expect you to give me a great deal of pleasure, as I will you. But I want more than your grudging company. I want romance. I want to be wooed. Well, you could start with flowers. Two dozen at least. I want one night of perfection. And in return, your Chloe keeps her sight."

Helena: "You drive a hard bargain."
Jax: "You better believe it."
