Ned does an interview in the hopes that honesty will squelch the ongoing media attention to "Eddie's Angel." Alexis is doubtful beforehand, and is mortified when, afterwards, the camera crew comes back and catches her and Ned in a clench. Ned takes the tape, and promises that the interview will still help this all be over. (9/6)
When the interview airs, they realize that the camera crew gave them a phony tape. (9/7)
With Sonny and Carly safely married, Alexis tries to spend some time with Ned, but winds up shutting down "Eddie's Angel" websites instead. She then gets a call from Bobbie to come and help Luke, who's been brought in on charges. Ned, meanwhile, goes to check in with his family. Lila gives him an idea. (9/20)
Ned tries to share his new plan with Alexis, but gets a call and has to leave to meet with Luke. He tells himself that he can propose later. (9/21)
Alexis turns down an offer to lecture on being the millennium woman. Later, Ned sends her another anonymous love note. (9/26)
