Jax and Chloe (cont.):

IV. Alexis Doesn't Get Anywhere with Helena Either (6/7)

Jax: "Did you--"
Chloe: "Finish my protein shake? Yes. Look, there's proof."
Jax: "Oh, yeah? How do I know you didn't tip it into one of the potted plants?"
Chloe: "Because none of them are wilting."

Chloe: "How's the rock star?"
Alexis: "Still refusing to be one."

Chloe: "He told me I looked fine earlier."
Alexis: "Well, you do look fine. It's just only a good friend could tell that you were having a headache."

Alexis: "She's making it personal."

Alexis: "You know, she's going to suspect anyone that's snooping around, so I have a long shot here. What about I go talk to Helena?"

Alexis: "You know, the wicked witch has been known to trust me on occasion."
Chloe: "She's also been known to try to kill you on more than one occasion."

Alexis: "You know, she's only lethal if she's being cornered, which is not the case here. She clearly has the upper hand, and she loves it, so I'm just going to go on over there--"
Jax: "You know what? Don't make me regret telling you this, please, Alexis."
Alexis: "Get a lead on what it will take for her to deal with you."
Jax: "No. That's not--"
Alexis: "You're wasting your breath because I'm going."
Jax: "Alexis, please."
Alexis: "You stay here, take care of Chloe. I'll let you know when I get back."

Jax: "Helena doesn't care about doing the decent thing."
Alexis: "Exactly."

Alexis: "Apparently, she doesn't care at all about me these days. She is up to something. It just doesn't have anything to do with me."

Chloe: "I actually took a nap and not a single dream. Whoo. What's the matter?"
Jax: "You're dreaming I want to murder you?"

V. Jax Plans to Go Behind Helena's Back (6/8)

Jax: "Look, if I'm doing something that frightens you, you've got to tell me. The last person I want you to be afraid of is me."

Jax: "You know, something I'm doing must be wrong, and it's got to stop. Chloe, I love you. I would never do anything to hurt you."

Jax: "So you've had this dream twice. So whatever they're trying to tell you, it must be important."
Chloe: "Well, it's really strange. Even while I was dreaming, I was having this feeling like I was dreaming someone else's dream. Does that sound weird?"

Jax: "But in the meantime, I only want you to dream of a long and happy future with me. And I promise I will do my best to make this one come true. Hmm?"

Jax: "You dreaming?"
Chloe: "You mean this isn't real?"
Jax: "Oh, this is as real as it gets, babe."
Chloe: "I feel so safe when I am here in your arms."
Jax: "Well, you just hold that thought, even when I'm away."
Chloe: "You've decided to go to Europe, haven't you?"

VI. Alexis Stops By with Plan B (6/9)

Alexis: "My take? The only person who has a shot at getting you that medication you need is Stefan."

Alexis: "I know Stefan may seem a little difficult to understand and maybe a little cold."
Chloe: "Arctic."
Alexis: "Maybe a little weird."
Chloe: "I wasn't going to say it, but--"
Alexis: "He is a little weird. But he's also very good. You just have to look for it. I will get him to understand what this means to me. I don't want to see my best friend go blind."
Chloe: "Do you really think he'll help?"
Alexis: "I know he'll try."
Chloe: "Thank you."
Alexis: "You're welcome. I'm going to go be a Cassadine. You go to sleep."
Chloe: "Be careful."
Alexis: "I will. Ok."
Chloe: "Ok."

Terry updates this episode: "Jax's apartment: Chloe is on the couch, dreaming. In a black-and-white dream, she sees the music box on a table, and gloved hands placing a silver tray bearing two glasses and a bottle next to the box."

"Chloe is on the couch, restlessly in her sleep. There's an incredibly loud knock on the door--it would wake the dead and scare them back to death simultaneously. It's Alexis, whom the initially startled Chloe is relieved to see. Chloe wants to stay awake--her dreams are worse. Alexis tells Chloe it is her opinion that only Stefan can get her that medication, and she (Alexis) will do her best to persuade him to help."

"Jax's: Chloe and Alexis are talking. Alexis speaks warmly of Stefan, whom Chloe refers to as 'artic.' Alexis says she'll go talk to him about getting the medicine. She goes, and Chloe sits alone, cross-legged on the couch. Later, she dreams in black and white the same color scenes we see of Helena poisoning Stefan."

VII. Chloe Witnesses Stefan's Death (6/12)

Alexis: "And I've even learned how to melt butter."
Chloe: "I'm really impressed by that."

Alexis: "All right, I'm going to go fire up the old microwave."
Chloe: "Did you happen to talk to Stefan tonight?"

Alexis: "You think a whole stick of butter is too much?"
Chloe: "Oh, I think it's perfect."
Alexis: "Stefan is easier to talk to in the morning."

Alexis: "He will help if I ask him."
Chloe: "Why won't Helena just give me this medication?"
Alexis: "Because she knows that you need it."
Chloe: "And she has a thing for Jax."
Alexis: "You picked up on that, too?"
Chloe: "I just want to--I don't want to talk about her anymore."
Alexis: "Then why should we?"
Chloe: "Right. This popcorn is extraordinary."
Alexis: "Well, I always feel that if you do one thing and do it well--"

Alexis: "Maybe that's Ned."
Chloe: "Ooh. Invite him for popcorn."
Alexis: "I'll tell him to bring some more over. Alexis Davis. Hello, Mrs. Lansbury. No, I don't know where Stefan is. I'm sure he'll be there. Did you try his service? His private line? Oh, that is strange. All right, all right. I'm on my way."
Chloe: "What's wrong?"
Alexis: "Stefan called a meeting of all the estate managers all over Europe, and he didn't show up."
Chloe: "Find him, Alexis."
Alexis: "Are you all right?"
Chloe: "No, you have to find him tonight."
Alexis: "I will. Don't worry about it."
Chloe: "Ok, I'm sorry. You know what? Don't listen to me. I'm sleep deprived. Ignore me."
Alexis: "All right, well, finish your popcorn. It'll make you feel better."

Chloe's voice: "The dream is silent. Stefan Cassadine drinks wine, then drops his glass. He falls to the floor and knocks over the music box. It falls, too. The dream felt so real. What if Stefan is dead?"

VIII. I See Dead People (6/13, 6/14)

Stefan: "Help me. You're the only one who can. Help me."

Ned: "What the hell is going on? Is someone threatening you?"
Chloe: "No, no, no. I was having a dream. Stefan Cassadine was standing right there, and he was dying, and he was asking me to help him."
Ned: "Well, I hope you said no."

Ned: "Stefan Cassadine is notoriously self-centered. It's exactly like him to drag Alexis over to Wyndemere in the middle of the night instead of just telling her that, you know, he went out of town."
Chloe: "So, am I crazy? Am I just taking all of this way too seriously?"
Ned: "Someone told you that Stefan Cassadine might be able to help you save your sight, so why shouldn't you dream about him? But I think that's all it was--a dream. I'm sure the man is just fine."

Ned: "And he'd made no travel plans, none of his clothes are missing, all of his cars are accounted for, and his jet is sitting on the tarmac. So Alexis has reported him missing, and now she's off to Greece to see if he might've gone back to the Cassadine Island without telling anybody."
Chloe: "What are the chances of that?"
Ned: "Not very good, but she wants to make sure."
Chloe: "So, the night I dream about Stefan Cassadine dying, he disappears. Am I crazy, or did what I dream really happen?"

On the next day:

Tony: "You know, I'm a fairly cut-and-dried science type, but I do know that there's a lot more going on in the world than my five senses can tell me."

Tony: "But there's been a lot of research about the type of meningioma you have, and it's been shown that that growth puts pressure on an area of your brain that can create those visualizations that you've been describing. If I were you and I had that dream, I would go out and try to find that person and see if they'd been in some kind of danger lately. And if so, then you can figure that you've had some kind of precognitive experience. I think you also should look inside yourself, look inside the feelings that you have toward that person, and see what happened to them, what it means in terms of your illness."

Mac: "You know what happened to Stefan?"
Chloe: "I think Stefan might be dead. I might have seen his murder--in a dream."

Mac: "Look, the only experience I have with psychics is a ouija board in high school and Lucy Coe, for whatever that's worth."

Ned: "You know how he feels about secrets."
Chloe: "I know. But he's got so much on his mind trying to get my medication. I just don't want to add to his worries. And besides, these dreams--there's probably nothing to them anyway."
Ned: "You don't believe that. Otherwise we wouldn't have gone to Mac."

Ned: "I think you're right about that forensics report. After Mac read it, he was suddenly very interested in your dream. So it's obvious that it had something to do with Stefan."

Ned: "Ok, if you saw this furniture, would you be able to recognize it?"
Chloe: "Definitely. It was unusual."
Ned: "Ok, then you and I need to go and check out Stefan's place."

Chloe: "I cannot get Stefan's voice begging me to help him out of my head."
Ned: "Strange in and of itself since Stefan's not one of your favorite people."

IX. A Tour of Wyndemere (6/19)

Alexis: "They have permission to go anywhere they'd like, in the house or on the grounds."
Mrs. Lansbury: "Very well."
Ned: "You weren't due until tomorrow."
Alexis: "Yeah, well, I left the explanation on your answering machine. Long story short--Stefan's not in Greece."

Ned: "That would be just like Stefan if indeed he was trying to disappear."
Alexis: "Well, he's succeeded. So what are you two doing here? You're certainly not looking at the house."
Ned: "Actually, we are."
Chloe: "I think I may have dreamed Stefan's murder."

Alexis: "I really appreciate you coming over here, I do, and I'm sure the dream was terrifying."
Chloe: "It was just so real."
Alexis: "But I highly doubt that Luke poisoned Stefan. It's really not his style. It's way too premeditated. Sounds more like Helena."

Alexis: "They think he's dead."
Chloe: "Alexis--"
Alexis: "I'm ok."

Ned: "Alexis vs. 500 lawyers. I'll take those odds."

Ned: "Ok. Well, if you're not home in three hours, I'm coming back to drag you away."
Alexis: "I'm counting on it."

Ned: "Hey. The Cassadines have houses all over the world. There has to be some room to match the one in your dream."
Chloe: "We don't even know if Stefan's dead. Believe me, if I could figure out what happened to him, I would."
Ned: "Maybe you should have another dream."
Chloe: "What, you mean, ask for it? Like, for more clues?"
Ned: "Why not?"
