The Teen Scene:
- While Juan teases Taggert about Hannah's spending the night, Emily and Elizabeth
wait for Nikolas and Lucky to show up. Nikolas arrives first and tells Elizabeth
that Lucky asked about Jason. Lucky shows up, and says that he followed the girl
from the night before to a mansion, but they still don't have proof as to whether
she's the blackmailer or not. Afterwards, Lucky asks Elizabeth about Jason, and
she tries to explain their friendship. She asks Lucky why he keeps saying one
thing and meaning another. (8/1)
- Juan records "Heart and Soul." He doesn't realize that Emily is listening
for part of the time, at Elizabeth's urging. Later, Lucky has the idea to pose
as a census taker to find out about the mystery girl, but she's seen him and Nikolas.
Elizabeth says she'll do it, and though the guys balk, Emily's all for it. They
dress Elizabeth up and all agree she just might pull it off. (8/2)
- Elizabeth convinces the woman that she is a census taker and manages to ask
Gia some questions. Later, Lucky catches up with Gia and wants answers. Meanwhile,
Emily and Juan visit in the park, while Taggert talks with Elizabeth about Juan.
(8/3)
- Gia tells Lucky a story, and ducks into hiding when Taggert comes along investigating
a disturbance call. Lucky tells him a story, then wants to know why Gia's
dodging the cops. He knows that she's the blackmailer. (8/4)
- At Kelly's, Elizabeth gives Emily the update on the census taker routine,
and then Juan arrives. Emily has just said how much she misses him, and when Juan
asks her again what's going on--he's just seen her frightened reaction to a phone
call--Elizabeth encourages her to tell him the truth. They go outside, and Emily
begins to tell Juan about the night of the rave. (8/4)
