  • Lucy has a run-in with Cooper, who actually starts to let out her restraints until an orderly catches him and, hearing Lucy ramble on about her duck, tightens them. Finally, Kevin got her out. (9/1)
  • Scott tells Lee that he will only testify as a hostile witness. He tells Eve that she's the mark for the defense, and she offers to tell all. Scott says that will make him look worse. Later, Chris tells Eve not to admit to their fake alibis either, and Eve wonders for a moment whether he could be responsible for the murders. (9/1)
  • Kevin asks Karen to treat Victor without revealing he was there and she agrees. (9/1)
  • Karen tells Kevin and Lucy that Victor wasn't getting his medication at the institution. Kevin tells Garcia, who's angry about their little stunt, that he won't take Victor back there. He agrees to let Garcia question Victor. Lucy tries to comfort Kevin. When they return to Victor's room, a confused Victor thinks they are married and they go along with it for his sake. They have a nice moment together. Audrey tells Kevin and Lucy that Katherine Bell isn't really dead. Lucy acts frustrated with her, but Kevin knows that she's truly glad at the news. Unfortunately, their closeness ends when Garcia tells Kevin that Lucy told him about the fake alibis. Kevin claims Lucy has a vendetta against Eve because of Scott and Serena and leaves angry. (9/2)
  • Gail visits Serena, who dances for her, and then asks Scotty to testify so he won't go to jail. (9/2)
  • Garcia questions Eve, who sticks to her story. Later, she asks Scott what would happen if she tells the truth and he says that it won't be good. He doesn't know what they should do. (9/2)
  • Joe gets to tell Neil that he's in complete remission. He asks Neil to live with them at the Scanlon house. Courtney immediately tells Karen the news. (9/2)
  • Lark finds Frank searching the kitchen for DL-56. Courtney arrives in time to see some of it and tells them she's moving in with Neil. Frank isn't happy. Meanwhile, Joe shows Neil his room. Courtney tries to reassure Karen she won't overstay her welcome, but it's clear she has other plans. She quizzes Karen about DL-56 and puts the pieces together about Frank. She then says Karen should destroy her notes, knowing how desperate Frank is to find the formula, but she tells Karen nothing about Frank. (9/3)
  • Chris refuses Frank, who then blackmails him into giving him the DL-56 by saying he'll blow the deal with the drug company. Actually, they end up blackmailing each other into the status quo. (9/3)
  • Neil finds a shoebox containing vials and a syringe hidden in his room. Joe confronts Frank, thinking it's DL-56; Frank says it's Eve's. (9/4)
  • Kevin confronts the doctor at the institution, who says that Victor was always given his medicine. Kevin talks with Cooper, who notes that Kevin knows what it's like to kill somebody. Kevin then sees a vision of Ryan. (9/4)
  • Garcia presents the evidence against Julie on the stand. Enraged, Frank threatens Eve out in the hallway. She begins to suspect him. (9/4)
  • Kevin admits his visions of Ryan to Eve, who gives him a hug of support. Lucy sees them and jumps, as always, to the wrong conclusion. Later she has a nightmare of the old Japanese Godzilla movie variety in which Eve defeats her. Later, Victor talks her into a plot to make Kevin jealous. (9/7)
  • Frank gives Garcia the stuff found in Eve's old room. Then, on DL-56, he accosts Eve, shadowing her and threatening her if she doesn't confess. Garcia tells Eve that her fingerprints are on the box and that the vials contain cyanide--the drug used to kill Dr. May. (9/7)
  • Neil is upset when he overhears Joe suggest to Courtney that the Scanlon house might not be the best place them because of the drugs they'd found. Courtney tries to have an evening with Joe and Neil to make up for it, but Joe invites Karen. (9/7)
  • When Garcia admits that Eve's fingerprints weren't on the vials or the syringe, Eve claims she's being set up--that the box was clearly hers and had been planted with the stuff inside. (9/8)
  • Joe tells Frank that Eve thinks Frank is framing her, and Frank confronts Eve again. Later, Eve finds human organs in her Chinese Food Delivery. (9/8)
  • Lucy and Victor put their plan into action, but Lucy has to stage her date...playing both roles! Ellen helps out, and Lucy almost doesn't pull it off. Kevin leaves, jealous. (9/8)
  • Lee gets Garcia to cast suspicion on Eve while he's on the stand. (9/9)
  • Eve tells Chris about the takeout and suspects Frank. Later, she receives a threatening phone call. She decides to take action and see if she can find out where the body parts came from. She checks the morgue and somebody pushes her into the freezer and shuts her in. Chris is conveniently there with a key to let her out, and doesn't know whether to fear him or Frank. She says she's leaving town before she's killed. (9/9)
  • Eve tells Matt, Ellen, and Scott what happened to Eve, and Scott goes to Chris's to find her. She's not there; both are worried. (9/9)
  • Frank can't avoid saying incriminating things about Julie while on the stand. (9/10)
  • Scott and Chris look for Eve, but don't found her by the time she was called to the stand. A warrant for her arrest is issued. Scott confronts Frank. (9/10)
  • Matt and Ellen discuss the trial and then Lucy invites herself along to their lunch date. The three of them discuss jealousy, and Ellen's attempt to convince Lucy to drop her scheme is wrecked when Matt says it would work on him. (9/10)
  • Scott questions Chris, who says he doesn't know where Eve is hiding. (9/11)
  • Serena tells Scott that there had been a message from Eve on the machine. (9/11)
  • Frank thinks Eve's disappearance proves she's guilty. (9/11)
  • Chris finds a shrine to the murder victims in Eve's closet. (9/11)
  • Frank and Courtney fight until they make love again. Joe and Neil almost catch them. She threatens him again with her knowledge of the DL-56 and tells him to keep quiet. (9/11)

These two weeks don't leave me with much I want to say, which is good, because I don't have the time to say much. There was some repetition, as well as that goofy fake date of Lucy's which didn't do anything for me, even though I like seeing Victor and Lucy together. The suspicion was thrown hard on Frank and Eve--the latter for the murders and the former for all-around bad behavior. Courtney leaves me cold, and I was ready for the end of the murder mystery. It seems to go in segments, and this one wasn't too interesting for me. It seemed almost too contrived, the way the evidence was mounting against Eve. The storyline, however, remains incredible, even if we've hit a slow patch.
